Next Unique Name (Work Item)

get https://example.com/api/v1/wbs/work_items/next_unique_name/

Returns the next available Work Item name, based on the NamingConventionHelper. If
the 'for_sibling' query param is True it will return the next available Work Item
sibling name, based on the NamingConventionHelper.
