Endpoint for extracting work orders along with PO numbers

Are you able to help with the correct endpoint? We have tried /api/v1/wbs/work_order_purchase_orders/ but it only pulls the WO ID and the PO amount. Is there an endpoint that we can pull the work orders along with the assigned PO number/s? And is there an endpoint we can use to push a PO number into a Workorder?

Are design element's custom field's values updatable using the api?

We were looking for a way to update the value of a custom field of an specific design element, but we can't find an endpoint to do that, we can't send custom fields values to the PATCH / POST / PUT endpoints exposed for design elements.
