What is the formula applied for a work order screen percentage complete when obtaining data through an API?
The API has worked. We obtain full work order, work items, and work items quantity. We have been working on clearing primary work item quantity with our representative which is missing on two dozen work items. So, you have priority work item quantity plus detailed sub-rows of work item quantities. We are unable to reproduce the work order completion percentage. I have all the details and notified our representative who suggested a ticket. Our import of APIs has now cleared a 1-for-1 correspondence with IDs for various tables including a daily audit. Realize the completion percentage would not be a field on work orders/work items. When we add up the 1/0 completion against the overall, we are not seeing a correspondence to the bar graph on the work orders screen view.
