What is the best endpoint and end-to-end method to export photos from a WP between 2 DATE:TIMEs?

We want to get photos out of PRs within a WP, and within a certain time frame (1week, 4weeks, etc.) What endpoints and what method should be used to get those files (presigned URLs, etc.) so they can be stored in an external storage location?
