Work Item and Work Item Quantities Audited Deletes

RE: Audited Deletes

We've successfully been using work item and work item quantities API for extracting audits and full listings. However, a deletion of a record in work item/work item quantities has not appeared in latest listings. We end up pulling the entire inventory in order to patch-work back to an audit routine. Audits take 10-15 minutes while the full download by offset can take 6 hours.

If a permanent deletion of a row occurs, do we have a method to pull latest deletions? Or, have I missed a critical component of the API documentation that would retrieve this listing of deletions to complement a routine 10-15 minute daily audit of latest updates/insertions?
